THE STL/ SFOS VISION SCREENING
SF Clinic by the Bay is looking to partner with local optometrists who would be able to provide diabetic/ comprehensive eye care to uninsured patients in the community.Please complete this form (Clinic By The Bay x OD Volunteer Screening Interest Form) if you are interested in either going to their clinic on a weekend, or if you have the capacity to absorb 1-2 patients a month in your clinic.If you volunteer, SFOS can showcase you and your practice on our social media!
Annual Beeping Egg Hunt at California School for the Blind
Date: Saturday, March 21st
Location: California School for the Blind located on 500 Walnut Avenue in Fremont
Time: There will be 3 volunteer shifts (of which you can sign up for as many shifts as you like):
Shift #1: Event set-up: 10am-12:30pm
Shift #2: Event assistance: 12:30pm-3pm
Shift #3: Event takedown/clean-up: 3pm-5pm
